"State Farm in Cynthiana has ALWAYS provided me with immediate response times. Whether it’s emailing them requesting to run numbers on a possible new purchase, to checking coverages, or vehicle property damage incidents. I recently hit a deer on my way to work, and as much of an inconvenience that was, State Farm’s reaction time was amazing. To getting the claim started, to having the vehicle towed, to getting a decision on the claim. Joe and all the office staff are personable and always on it!!!"
